Little Happy is a universe with more than +8,000 popular products and more than +200 quality brands for the Nordic family with children. At Little Happy you can buy a membership where you pay to access exclusive benefits such as member prices, free products, earning loyalty points, faster delivery, birthday gifts and much more.
You decide for yourself whether you want to be a member or just shop at the normal price. If you choose a membership, the Little Happy membership costs 198 NOK per month.
At Little Happy, you get a free period of two days to see if the membership is for you. After the two days, you will be charged NOK 198 monthly from now on. Your chosen membership is ongoing, but you can always cancel your chosen membership if you no longer wish to be a member.
The Little Happy membership costs 198 NOK monthly. The amount will be withdrawn the first time after the free period as stated above.
There are no additional costs associated with your membership other than your monthly payment of NOK 198. You pay separately for orders as a member and other services such as delivery.
We do not process sensitive information about your payment ourselves. This is handled through partners such as our payment provider and CRM system which is PCI compliant to handle such sensitive information. In connection with your payment, we can only see your name, address, email, telephone number, IP products and the last 4 digits of your credit card.
You can cancel your selected membership 24 hours after creation at Little Happy. You simply log in through your created account and follow the cancel flow for termination. When your membership is terminated, you will receive a confirmation of the termination, which takes place immediately.
You can also always cancel your chosen membership by sending an email to our customer service and getting confirmation from them about your cancellation.
There is no minimum period you must be a member at Little Happy.
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop at Little Happy. This means you can always undo a purchase of your order. If you want to cancel an order, you can always call our customer service during our opening hours, otherwise send an email with your order number and a message that you want to cancel your purchase, after which an employee will guide you to return the product.
At Little Happy can only order products through our online universe. If you have requests for products or specific brands that are not in our universe, we'd love to hear from you on email: [email protected]
If you have made a purchase and wish to cancel your order, you should immediately contact [email protected] with order number and which parts of your order you wish to cancel. Please note that it is only possible to cancel an order if our stock has not begun to handle the order.
At Little Happy you will always find two kinds of prices under each product: a ordinary price followed by a member price. Membership prices are the prices offered to all members of Little Happy. Membership prices ensure all members savings of up to 100% as we have several free products for members. You will experience an average saving of our products of 45% across all item numbers.
They showed ordinary prices for those customers who do not want membership. The ordinary price therefore does not give the same high savings. The ordinary price will often be the suggested retail price at other stores or web shops, but this is not necessarily the case in all cases.
Each product will have a badge at the top with a percentage saving. This saving is calculated on the basis of the ordinary price versus member price.

Free products at Little Happy
As a member of Little Happy, you can choose one free product per order. Only members who receive these products free otherwise you pay the ordinary price for these. You should be aware that it is only possible to choose one free product per order you place at Little Happy. Have you selected more than one product for free, the warehouse will simply select one of the products and ship with your order.
Quantity limitation at Little Happy
When you shop at Little Happy, we have quantity restrictions on all products. For all products, the limitation is a maximum purchase of 3 identical products on the same order, unless otherwise stated on the product. We have this to avoid further sales and to be able to ensure that all private individuals can benefit from the good prices on the products. The online system cannot handle this limitation and therefore we are forced to announce this clearly in our conditions and subsequently via information email if you have purchased more than our quantity limit of 3 pieces. Have you completed an order with more than 3 items? of the same product on your order, you will experience our employee adjusting your order so that you only receive the 3 pcs. and the remaining amount will be refunded within a few business days. If you have a question about ordering more similar products than the quantity limit, you are always welcome to ask us about the options on our email.
Payments at Little Happy
All payments at Little Happy are made via Stripe payment. At Little Happy you as a customer can pay with Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard. We have made it easy for you so that all payment and card fees are included in the price and are thus held by Little Happy. Your payment for membership as well as goods at Little Happy, can only take place with credit card. The amount will only be draw on your card, when the items are shipped from Little Happy or when your membership begins.
All prices listed at Little Happy are incl. VAT. Prices are daily prices. Klarna In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Shipment and delivery
The orders placed with Little Happy are delivered either via GLS to your address (distributed private delivery) or to a GLS parcel shop (without delivery). Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days. The shipping cost is the same whether you are a member or not. The price for delivery to private address is 59 SEK and delivery to parcel shop is SEK 59. This is prices for shipping in Denmark. You can se prices for other counties in the checkout if you pick country.
In Denmark you can obtain free delivery on all orders over 500 SEK.
Cancellation and return policy
Little Happy grants a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The deadline applies from the day you receive the goods.
If you wish to undo and return one or more goods, you must inform us within 14 days of the cancellation / return at mail [email protected], which we will reply within 48 hours in business days. Remember to enter your order number and description of your return request.
Please note that you cannot undo a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, unless you have made an agreement with us about this particular in the above email.
If the product is sealed, there is no right of withdrawal and return if the seal has been broken after delivery. The same applies if the marking of the product is removed or damaged.
Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal is only valid for physical products. This also means that there is no right of withdrawal on digital products including your membership, as you will have immediate access to this.
Return of product
If you wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal on a physical product, you must return your order to us, without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us, that you wish to cancel your purchase. Any cost of returning goods, you have to pay yourself. You must be aware that upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly wrapped, as you carry the risk of the goods as well as if the package is lost, that it can be traced. Always remember to notify our customer service about your return at [email protected] after you have sent your parcel, so that they can start processing your return from the date of shipment.
The condition of product upon return
Danish law describes that you as a customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words, trying a product can be done the same manner, as if you tried it at a physical store. If the item is tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. It is Little Happy who sets this value from the stand of the product.
When using wellness products, the original packaging can be a significant part of the value of the product, as breakage will not allow resale. We therefore encourage that, whenever you return the product, you return the original packaging in undamaged condition.
Refund on return
Should you regret your purchase, you get ofcourse the amount you paid us back. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. This is an assessment of Little Happy. You must notify us, that you have refused to receive the package at mail [email protected], which we will reply within 48 hours of business days. Refusing to receive the package on the basis of an order, is not the same as using the return policy.
If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no extra costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer at Little Happy), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date, we received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase. We will make such a refund for the same payment method, you used for the original purchase.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation for returning it.

Content when returning order
You should always attach a copy of the order confirmation as well as a copy of the mail and any correspondence, you have had with our customer service at [email protected]
Little Happy A / S provides you warranty of 24 months from delivery. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or discounted, depending on the specific situation. Remember, of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior. Remember that for products with a limited lifespan, the right of complaint is also limited.
How soon should I claim a complaint?
Should you discover an error or defect in a product purchased from Little Happy, you should as soon as possible or within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect, contact us at [email protected] and we will handle your complaints referred to. above. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely and we always recommend this
Refund of shipping costs
In the event of defects in a product that you wish to invoke warrenty about, you can, by agreement with us, send it to:

When returning the product, please state what the problem is on the individual product, as detailed as possible including attaching pictures of any damage / defects. If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
Please note that we do not receive parcels sent by claim or similar.
Please note that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and you should receive a shipping receipt, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs as well as track your package. It is a requirement that your package can be tracked, if it should get lost from your chosen shipping company.
Use of gift cards or discount codes
If you have purchased a gift card this can be redeemed at the shop. This also applies to discount codes from promotions or similar. It's only allowed to use one ambassador code per member. This applies both to the same discount code or across our ambassadors.

Children and adolescents under 18 years
By registering with Little Happy and thereby establishing a membership, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the registration and membership must be signed by a parent.
An agreement can always be easily terminated by a parent, regardless of the condition that being over the age of 18, is made by a child or a person under the age of 18.
We advise young people under the age of 18, to only trade products at ordinary prices and thus not to establish membership, in connection with purchases.
Handling of personal information
When you are a Little Happy customer, your name, address, phone number and email address are stored in an electronic system. Only Little Happy customer service employees have access.
At Little Happy we store this personal information for the purpose of delivering the ordered orders to you. We also store personal information in accordance with the Accounting Act's rules, according to which accounting material must be stored for five years from the end of the financial year covered by the material.
Before any other personal information is stored through Little Happy, we ensure, that you are always aware of this and by clarifying which information that is stored.
If you are a customer of Little Happy A / S, you always have the right to object to the registration and the right to gain insight, into what information we have registered about you. You have rights in this context, cf. the Personal Data Act (also called GDPR in daily speech). If you sign up for a newsletter, we register your e-mail address and in some cases your first name. The email address is not disclosed to anyone other than the above company.
